Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site customer interactions with Genesis Block
  • Resolve customer conflicts and inquiries, and escalate to CS Manager for any critical issues
  • Provide provision of knowledge of our products and services
  • Guide customers through their account opening process
  • Sales operations support and documentations
  • Assist with any ad hoc requests 
  • Weekend shifts will be required, 5 Days Work(9am-7pm)
  • Both full time and part time will be considered

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years’ of customer service experience or teller experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Banking/Cryptotocurrency/Fintech related background are preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM system is preferred
  • Airline industry frontlines are encouraged to apply for this position

Full Stack Developer

With our roots dating back to 2012 in the Bitcoin Mining space, we have grown and evolved into the premier trading center we are today.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on the front and backend development for our online trading portal. 

He/She will be in charge of taking the core engine of our platform and building it out into something that is user friendly, performs well, and delivers an incredible user experience. 

The developer will have the opportunity to touch upon a wide variety of areas like the integration of external/internal data feeds, the building of a responsive front-end, and implementing changes to the backend. 

Ideally, the developer should also have experience and interest in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

He/she is expected to have a team-player mindset with the ability to work at a fast pace individually, executing decisions with ownership of the end product.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements and use-cases into functional applications.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Review, test, and verify code for adherence to quality and security standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
  • Help maintain code quality and organization.
  • Develop user-friendly web applications using Python and Javascript.
  • Deploy new features for the portal effectively within a reasonable amount of time

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with Python and Javascript.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS tools.
  • Familiar with API Creation and RESTful Services
  • Experience with SQL and database management. 
  • Experience with frontend and backend development.
  • Knowledge of good practices and standards of web development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar experience.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Secondary/High School and University students are eligible to apply.
